It's tough being a pug with asthma, so I know it's tough being a kid with asthma!

We're inviting kids with asthma of all ages from kindergarten to college to join our team. We have fun and fight back against asthma attacks together!

You will get six weekly "Sniffing Out Asthma Dangers" e-mails that teach you how to identify and avoid asthma dangers that may be lurking in your home, school and neighborhood.

We also introduce you to tasty asthma-fighting foods, show you how to relax and get the best night's rest and give you tips and tricks on how to get the most out of your asthma inhaler.

AND we post a new Facebook Contest every Sunday, with after-school pop-up contests that can happen anytime. There are lots of prizes to win!

All kids with asthma are encouraged to join the fun!

Kids with asthma of all ages, including kids under 13, AND kids 13 and older who do not have their own Facebook account are encouraged to participate!

With their parent's permission, kids can post on our AsthmaRangers Facebook, using their parent's or a relative or friend's account.
